  Friendliness + Authenticity + Active Listening = Trust.
  
  That sums up our experience with Clinton Vail.
  
  It's so easy to walk into a car dealership with your guard up.  You want to protect yourself from shady sales techniques.  You want to appear to be a hard negotiator to get the best deal.
  
  We definitely walked into Ray Catena with our guard up.  The sales floor was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the refreshments were flowing.  ...But that stuff doesn't make a person comfortable.  That's just a show.
  
  Then we met Clinton.  He was real.  He was authentic and transparent.  He really listened.  He made it fun.  When my boyfriend and I couldn't decide whether or not we wanted an SUV or a car, let alone which model, he was patient and worked with us... for two days!!!
  
  Not only that, but when it came down to negotiating the best deal, Clinton was on our team.  He was our advocate, and he made sure we stayed within our comfort zone.
  
  We walked out of Ray Catena with a new friend.  We even took a selfie with Clinton, and we know that this is just the beginning!
  
  Definitely ask for Clinton Vail when you walk into Ray Catena.  He'll be on your team, and you can genuinely trust him.

  So excited to visit and of course buy but after 20 minutes of walking around the showroom and not one of the many employees offering to help I left.
  
  Hopped over across Rt. 1 and went to Lexus - sometimes you gotta go with what ya know!

  This dealer has a lot of cars and because of that you can get okay price like other big dealers. But you gonna have to deal with the people that work there, and unfortunately they love to play games with their clients between a sales guys like Chris Jobs that never answer phones or emails if he doesn't like you, to Anthony Marino that comes to help you with the deal and after you come back to finalize the deal they change it. and finally after you close the deal and you figure out that they rapped you off, you go to talk or try to get help from Doug Wells the Big Boss  then he let you wait for him about 45 minutes and try as much as he can not to meet with you and he thinks that because he's the manger that he has the right to be rude and speak a bad way to the clients which is unacceptable and never help or solve any of your problems, and that was my bad experience with them, and if i have the option to give zero stars i will do it
  so just be careful dealing with those people

  I had a great buying experience with Damian Yodice. As a CPA, I am cognizant of my finances and skeptical when it comes to sales. I've never been a fan of pushy car salesmen but my experience with Damian was the complete opposite. I let him know what I wanted, and he was very upfront with everything. Although I was skeptical of him at first, he fully gained my trust throughout the process.  I also found out that October was his first month in sales, and if he maintains the same approach as he did with me, he can be very successful. I found him to be courteous, respectful, and fair while allowing me to process the info and decisions I needed to make in my own time. I would suggest requesting an appointment with Damian if you're thinking of making a purchase. When I consider purchasing again in the future, I will be contacting him directly first.

  I would give ZERO if an option! Is anyone having a problem with the strong odor of the windshield washer coming through the vents while driving?  I have had to roll the windows down while using just to breath. I almost passed out once! I have brought the 2018 C300 in several times to see what the problem is and they have duplicated the issue but no fix. I cannot drive the car this way but they will not do anything about the issue.  They act very casual about it. I am not taken seriously. Maybe because I'm a woman? IMO. I have been dragged through the mud because they have deep pockets. They need to take this car back!
